As chinchilla owners ourselves we understand the importance of buying in the correct feed and toys for
such exotic pets - but rabbits, guinea pigs, degu and other small pet owners are welcome to shop too
We donate to chinchilla sanctuaries/rescues/re-homing
That includes not only chinchillas but rabbits and guinea pigs on our private list
(Unfortunately we cannot donate to every single rescue
- so we have to keep the list to a set chosen few) |

Trouble with ordering (items keep removing themselves from the cart):
Sometimes when customers make an order, the list deletes the previous item when ordering more than
one item from the shop, this is generally the PC your are working on than the shop itself - if you remove cookies on your PC, or/and restart your PC this should work:
On your browser, click 'tools' then onto 'internet options' - there is a tag there saying 'remove cookies' click on this and it should remove any cookies - restart the PC and try again
